Our company has in its disposal the considerable science-technical and unique production capacity for manufacturing of large-size optical components and the facilities that enable manufacturing technological cycles fulfillment as follows: Sitall CO-115M (Astrositall®) substrate material melting and annealing process Large-size optic blanks configuring and lightweightening operations Components surfaces figuring and computer-controlled polishing Large-size optics technological and certification testing measurements

Our company can supply as well blanks made of Astrositall^® and high-precision figured optical components. Other optical materials as Zerodur, ULE, Quartz, etc can be polished and treated in our facilities. We are ready to review any your inquiry and accept your requirements.

Project VISTA (Visible and Infrared Survey Telescope for Astronomy), the contract for manufacturing and figuring high-aperture surfaces of the Primary mirror (4100mm, top radius aprox. 8m, a-sphericity value about 881m made of ZERODUR® substrate, SCHOTT Company and the Secondary mirror (1240mm, a-sphericity aprox. 364m, made of Astrositall® substrate). Project LAMOST (Large Sky Area Multi-object Fiber Spectroscopic). The contract for figuring and treatment of 40 sub-mirrors of segmented MB and casting and fabrication of 26 blanks made of Astrositall® intended for MA sub-mirrors. LAMOST telescope is a special reflecting Schmidt system and is composed of two large-size segmented Mirrors: Schmidt plate ÌÀ and Primary spherical mirror ÌÂ. more details ...
