Circular fiber illuminant (KVO)The KVO illuminant is intended for “shadeless” illumination of objects in the microscope field of vision by “cold” light through the flexible light-conducting bundles going from halogen tube of illuminant unit OB when operating in reflected light. The design of the KVO illuminant allows adjusting the size and illumination intensity of light spot in object plane by means of changing the oblique angle of exit channels of light-conducting bundle. The KVO illuminant is characterized by high-degree uniformity of light intensity of the microscope field of vision.The illuminant is mounted on the standard objective lens of the microscope. |
