| The glass plane-parallel plates are intended for checking by the interference method the planarity and mutual parallelism of the surfaces of micrometers and brackets. These plates are widely used in various applications, for example, in instruments making, tool making, mechanical engineering and many other industries. To check micrometers with various measuring ranges, the plates are produced of four type-sizes: PM15, PM40, PM65 and PM90. The plates of each type-size are arranged in 6 sets, 4 pieces each. |
