As long as has been manufacturing of optical systems intended for broad range of different purposes LZOS had created the equipment to assess optics qualitative adjectives and parameters by means of multiply-function criteria.

Modulation Transfer Function accurate testing trial is demanded for dynamically progressing digital optical systems, night vision devices’ lenses and space-purpose optics.

To meet this demand LZOS, JSC offers own developed Testing Device for Modulation Transfer Function checking trials of optical systems.

Technical Specifications of Testing Device base version for MTF checking:

maximum diameter of a lens under testing mm 80 collimator - apochromatic lens collimator lens focal length mm 800 light source - filament lamp, 12V, 100W light emission receiver - CCD-film camera max. frequency in imagery space of a lens under testing lines/mm 100 testing mode and data processing - computer controlled testing trial in ‘real time’ mode and data processing by means of the special developed software program testing accuracy - testing device is certified as per Standard OST 3-2635-82

LZOS, JSC is able also to produce this type testing device having more broad performance capabilities versus a base version device in accordance with Customer requirements.
